The short version: Nitor Fit helps you earn your screen time by moving. You can use it for free, and if you want to block more than one app you can subscribe. Move at your own pace: we’re not doctors. And everything of yours stays on your iPhone.

By downloading or using Nitor Fit you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the app.
What Nitor Fit does
Nitor Fit counts your exercise repetitions using your iPhone’s camera and turns that effort into minutes of use for the apps you decide to block. It also adds minutes for the steps your iPhone records.
To block apps, Nitor Fit uses Apple’s official tools (Screen Time / Family Controls). The blocking is applied by the operating system itself: you always choose which apps to block, and you can turn it off whenever you want.

Nitor Fit is not a medical device and does not offer medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any illness, and the rep counting is for motivational purposes, not clinical ones.
- Always adapt the exercise to your physical condition and train on a safe surface.
- Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or any discomfort.
- If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or haven’t exercised in a while, consult a healthcare professional before starting.
- Using the app and exercising are at your own risk.
Free version and Nitor Pro
Nitor Fit can be used for free, letting you block one app. With Nitor Pro you can block as many as you want.
- Monthly or yearly subscription: renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
- Free trial: if you take a subscription with a trial period and don’t cancel before it ends, it becomes a paid subscription at the stated price.
- “Lifetime” option: a one-time payment, with no renewal.
Exact prices and the length of any trial are always shown inside the app before you confirm the purchase, and may vary by country.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
All purchases are processed through your Apple account: we never receive or store your card or payment details.
- To cancel a subscription, go to your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can also do it from the App Store. When you cancel you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under their own conditions. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the law grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal. As this is digital content with immediate access, that right may lapse once you start using the service; in any case, requests are handled through Apple as the seller.
Using the app properly
We ask that you don’t try to trick the counting system into giving you minutes without doing the exercise, and that you don’t decompile, copy or redistribute the application. Nitor Fit is for personal use.
Intellectual property
The name Nitor Fit, the creature Nitor, its illustrations, animations, texts and the application’s code are the property of IMPULSOTEK and are protected by law. By using the app you get a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use it, not ownership of it.
Availability and limits of liability
We do everything we can to keep Nitor Fit working well, but we can’t guarantee it will always be free of errors. Rep counting depends on the camera, the light and your position, so it may not be exact in every situation.
App blocking relies on features of Apple’s operating system; we are not responsible for changes or failures in those features that are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing written here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Privacy
Nitor Fit doesn’t collect your personal data: there are no accounts and no servers, and the camera video never leaves your device. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
Minimum age
Nitor Fit is intended for adults. If a minor uses it, they should do so with the knowledge and supervision of their parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we’ll change the date shown at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll tell you inside the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. For any question, write to us first at soporte@nitorfit.es: almost everything gets solved by talking.
