The short version: Nitor doesn’t collect your data. The camera is processed entirely on your iPhone and no video or image ever leaves your device. There are no accounts, no servers, and nobody watching.

Who is responsible

Nitor Fit is an iOS app developed by IMPULSOTEK, based in Spain. For any privacy question you can write to soporte@nitorfit.es

What data Nitor collects

None. Nitor has no account system and no sign-up. It doesn’t ask for your name, your email, your location or any other personal data. We don’t use our own servers: there is no database of Nitor users.

The camera

Nitor uses your iPhone’s camera for one purpose only: counting your exercise repetitions through body pose detection.

  • All processing happens on your device, using Apple’s Vision framework.
  • No video or image is recorded, stored or sent anywhere. Frames are analysed in real time and discarded immediately.
  • The camera is only active while you have the rep-counting screen open, and you can revoke the permission whenever you like in Settings → Nitor.

Screen Time and blocked apps

To block the apps you choose, Nitor uses Apple’s official tools (Screen Time / Family Controls). Here’s how that works:

  • Your app selection is handled through opaque system identifiers: Nitor cannot see or know which apps you pick; only iOS knows.
  • That configuration is stored on your device only.

Your progress

Your accumulated movement, your streaks and your creature’s state are stored locally on your iPhone. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.

Third-party services

Nitor includes no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics and no trackers. Apple, as the operator of the App Store, may provide us with aggregated and anonymous download and usage statistics (subject to your own device’s privacy settings, which you control). Those statistics cannot identify you.

Children

Nitor collects no data from anyone, children included. The app is intended for adults.

Your rights

Since we don’t collect personal data, there is no data of yours to access, correct or delete in our systems. Even so, if you have any privacy question, write to soporte@nitorfit.es and we’ll answer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

If Nitor ever changes and starts processing some kind of data (for example when adding new features), we will update this page beforehand and tell you clearly inside the app. The last updated date always appears at the top.
